BLANKETS:
All of our blankets whether preorder or ready to ship may vary slightly in prints due to the way the manufacturer prints & cuts fabric. Each blanket will be as close to the listing as possible. We try our hardest to maintain quality and accuracy for each and every order.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We love custom orders! Email us or send a message to begin your custom blanket order. Please be as descriptive as possible & provide any and all details that contribute to the overall aesthetic of the design print/pattern you envision. We will do our best to find a design that suites your needs. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR CHANGES ALLOWED TO YOUR CUSTOM ORDER ONCE THE INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID. Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days for a design preview to be sent to you.

*We reserve the right to SHARE any and all blankets we create, including custom designs, on all social media outlets.*We reserve the right to SELL any and all blankets we create, including custom designs, in any of our retail outlets, including our online store.
- Custom Order Processing time is 2-3 weeks to be completed once fabric is received from our distributors. I do my best to update you once fabric has arrived, as well ad send side by side photo of backing options. This time frame may vary slightly due to the delays in shipping.
- Ready to ship orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. Because of COVID-19, it might take longer for you to receive your product.
- Custom order design proofs may take up to 5 days
*Rush orders may be available upon request for a small additional fee.*
SHIPPING:
All of our products are shipped via USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking.
Order tracking is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with any tracking information.Please note: we are not responsible for undelivered, Mis-delivered mail due to an incorrect address or mishandling. Please be sure to accurately input your delivery information. In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, please contact us.
RETURNS:
